We manufacture custom-made molds, specifically developed for each project by combining digital design, industrial precision, and high-performance materials. Our process begins with the creation of custom 3D models, allowing us to translate ideas, drawings, and architectural concepts into precise geometries optimized for both aesthetics and efficient production.

Based on these models, we produce CNC-machined models and masters, ensuring high dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and consistent quality in every piece. This technology enables us to work with everything from simple forms to complex, organic, or parametric geometries, tailored to the requirements of architectural concrete, GFRC, UHPC, or Wet Cast systems.

The final molds are manufactured using fiberglass, polyurethane, and technical silicones, selected according to the specific application, desired finish, production volume, and required durability. These materials provide excellent strength, flexibility, easy demolding, and high fidelity in reproducing textures and fine details.
